Cream Heartbreak shag mini skirt (new with tags)

This skirt is unique and comfortable and has never been worn. I'm selling because lifestyle changed shortly after purchasing this and I never got to wear it. It's very stretchy and was originally meant to be worn tight, but I sized up because I prefer wiggle room I wear a size US 4 / Small normally, and the waistband on this fits me nicely.
