Pins & Needles by UO cream lace halter top. Beautiful halter top with little flowers designed in the lace. Adjustable tie straps and and open upper back. In good used condition. Size small but could fit a small or a medium since it’s a pretty flowy cut. Looks great with a summer tan! *One of the hanger straps came off, that’s why I’m holding it up with one hand. The other hanger strap can be cut off if it bothers you! I usually fold this top anyway so the ‘hanger straps’ are useless to me!
