Cream Lace and Blue Midi Dress

Only wore and washed once. Like new, no piling or imperfections. Paid full price at Belks. Brand Red Camel. Hits a few inches above knee on me. It did come with a small cheap belt but I threw it away. Top is cream lace, bottom is navy blue with yellow and white dots.
