Really cute blouse top by Sis Sis. Sheer cream color with gold polka dot, short sleeve, wide scoop neck and more of a crop length. Back button closure. Good used condition. Gold metallic thread on the spots. No size tag but I'm thinking it's a Small but meant to be slightly over-sized but please see measurements. I also believe it's Poly fabric. Arms: 6" Neck opening: 12" Bust: 21" Length: 22" Measured on a flat lay.
