Cream Silky Blouse

Not silk, 100% polyester. Bib front with pleating, double button sleeves, with gorgeous beaded collar. Small discoloration on collar, see in pic with tag. Likely from late 80s-early 90s. Size 10, would fit M, L. An oversized fit on a small, could tie in the front with high waisted jeans.
