Cream Spense Flowy Blouse

Very cute and comfortable! Ivory/cream color with simple cute stitching details! Has wider sleeves but not quite Bell bottom like. In the picture with it on, it is tucked into the skirt. Super cute work tucked into high waisted items or worn over top pants or skirts!
