Originally had a back cross strap which was cut to tie in halter. Leaving it cut so you can decide what you like better. Has underwire cup bra feature. Flared Legs. Pockets. Ruched elastic back, for perfect fit. Feels like cotton, possibly poly mix. No stretch except the ruched back panel. So comfy and chic and has great structure and weight to it.
