This is a cream and black TOPSHOP dress bought in London. This is one of the "one of" designer dresses that they sell. It's a stunning cream color with shiny striped details in the fabric. Sleeves and neck hemmed with black ribbon, with bow detail on shoulder. The waist is cinched, clean hem at the bottom of the dress. Very pretty and unique. Tag says made by designer "Minkie".
