Cream and blue Stripe Midi dress

This fun dress is very flattering! With bold cream and blue stripes, a low cut front and back (but still very comfortable and not too revealing), and a flow circle bottom. Cotton. Photo doesn't show its color well but the first shot is best shot of what the colors are. There is a tiny nick at where the tag once was. Purchased from a boutique and forgot what brand is as I cut the tag off. I am 5'2" and Dress is below my knees
