Cream color silk blazer/cardigan

Very soft silk cream color blazer/cardigan. There are small shoulder pads to give it structure. Can we be worn to work with a nice top or as a cover up for a dress. Front cascade pieces and back hits just below the hips on me. Not purchased in the states so sizing is different, but the equivalent of a 2 or 4 or Small. No marks or scratches. Worn once
