Cream dress with cascading jewels around the neck

Plush stretchy cream/tan long sleeve dress with bustled shoulders. The dress is form fitting and has a soft romantic look when wearing it. The fabric is very soft. There are gems around the neck and slowly dissipate as they cascade down the front of the dress. Dress hits slightly above the knee.
