Cream lace pattern mini flare skirt

Black background with cream patterns over top. Extremely soft cotton fabric. I’m 5’5” slim build and it comes to the middle of my thighs. 😊 Really cute with black over the knee or riding boots. Cotton, so it’s not stiff.
