This dress has flattering rouching on either side of the drawstring. It has an adjustable length because of the drawstring too. Worn with the strings drawn up tighter, it will have a high-low hem. Worn with the strings looser and it can have a straight hemline. It can also be worn slightly off shoulder or way down on the shoulders for a higher or lower neckline.
