Cream polka dot blouse with ruffles

This cream-colored wrap blouse with ruffles is super chic, great for work or going out! It has an elastic band at the bottom and pairs well with a cami beneath or pinned closed. Love this blouse but the size no longer works for me. Worn less than 10 times. Comes from a smoke-free home.
