Creamy white and sequence dress

This dress is super cute but doesn't fit me. It is brand new with the tags still on it but it missing a few sequence (featured in the photos) but that flaw cannot be seen unless you are a few inches from the dress and staring at the flaw. The skirt part is fitted and the top is double layer with a cami and then scoop next on top.
