Creative Basics maxi dress blk w/white dots Size 12 NWOT

New without tags, I bought it and have never worn it. Black with white dots and gold tone decorative buttons. It has shoulder pads but they can be taken out if you don’t like them, every easy. Measurements: length 50.5 inches, 19 inches armpit to armpit. In picture #5 I tried to show the darts at the waist area that allows for a fuller skirt.
