Creative Touch Chiffon beaded top skirt set ivory vintage Golden Girls Fancy L

Beaded and super fancy! Straight from the 1980's and absolutely adorable. There is a size L tag on the skirt but the blouse is unsized. Please see measurements below. Also, there is a small mark on the back of the skirt that i have not tried to remove. Please see photos.
