Reposhing this item I purchased from @seasea3. When I purchased the dress, the seller stated they had worn the dress once! However, when I received the dress, I never wore it! A woven maxi wrap dress featuring an allover polka dot print, a surplice neckline, short flounce sleeves, a self-tie closure, and skirt lining.
