Neck trimmed in navy blue with three gold colored buttons, with blue anchor in each button,on each shoulder. Left arm has a real working zippered small pocket at top. Has approximately 2 inch slit on bottom each side for good fit, trimmed in navy blue. No holes. Cute top.
