These are semi sheer crinkle cut “beach pants” The tag says large but it should be more of a small. The waist is elastic so unstretched the measurement is 9 1/2”; fully stretched it’s 18” and from the top of the waist to the bottom hem they are 42” crotch to hem is 28”
