What is the material? Is it more cotton or chiffon. Also is it super short or average length. Forever21 can sometimes be very short I find

@ambere123321 it's more cotton, it's a lightweight and stretchy material. I'm 5'1 and it's like a tad longer than mid thigh on me so pretty good length!
