Criss-cross fit and flare pixie dress

Flouncy, flirty, fit and flare Perfect Stranger dress from Keepsake The Label. Bella Thorne wore a blue version of this on the red carpet. New with tags and out of stock everywhere! Open back with adjustable criss-cross back straps, tulle underskirt, and side zip closure. Waist is 15" across so I wouldn't necessarily consider it a large. 3 small spots on the back of the skirt which can't be seen during wear and will probably come out in the wash.
