VTG and straight out of the 80s - This beautiful skirt was made in the USA to feature an a-line cut that's meant to be worn high waisted and fall right below the knee, giving it a midi length. It has buttons going down the front, open pockets on the hips, pleats at the waist, and a partially elastic waistband. It has a polka dot print that's blue and white in color.
