What are the measurements?

Waist: 12 inches
Hips: 15 inches
Chest: 15 inches
All of these measurements are taken with the dress lying down flat so To get the full measurements put the dress on all around just double them. The hip and chest area have some elasticity. The waist does not. To give you an idea, I am a standard extra small and it fits me perfectly.

In this case I just wanted to have a loose fit which is why I kept the small. But if you are an extra small and like outfits tailored on your body this should fit just right. Let me know if any other questions!
