Crochet and Fringe open front Duster style vest

Size Medium open front vest by Joe & Elle. Cream color - tag says “Natural”. NWT. This vest is delicate. It’s crocheted-like and has a string-like fringe. I’ve stored it hung in my closet in the bag since I got it. 65% Acrylic 35% Nylon Hand wash cold. Dry flat. Rough measurements: Armpit to armpit- 17 inches (does have room to stretch a bit) Length- 23 inches to bottom of material and about 34 inches to bottom of the fringe.
