Crochet blouse size S

I bought this blouse in China when I lived there. I can’t find a brand name. It fits like an American size S (pretty sure it was a Chinese L). 100% cotton. Only flaw I can find is some “smudge” on the lining next to the buttons in the back (probably possible to remove in wash, never saw it before). 23.5” from shoulder to hem.
