Other than Italy it doesn’t say any labels about size or fabric, is a really strong fabric with a lot of spandex, they look like a small but could probably stretch to a medium. I’m thinking of keeping them to make into legwarmers. If pantyhose or leggings are too small for you in the waist or hips don’t throw them away, you can use the legs to make leg warmers or arm warmers especially if they’re quality fabric like these are.
