New, unworn. Got this forever ago on merc for Coachella, but I never ended up wearing! There are adjustable ties on the top and bottoms. Size is S/M but it's super adjustable! gypsea @kirkareus oops, I read your comment wrong haha. Well, I own a bunch of crochet things. They do get loose with time, but they're just as new every time I wash them. I always tumble dry crochet things low btw.
