New without tags. Has pockets. The shorts are on a longer side- they measure 14 inches long from waist. The full romper is 27.5 inches long and it's 14 inches across bust. Stretchy -65% polyester 35% cotton. I looked HORRIBLE in it so I took the "modeling" pic down lol Best worn with a belt - mine not included, but the wedges are on sale in my closet 💃🏻
