Well it depends how it's made I can wear large or xl or occasionally mediium 20" in men's t shirt 22" in button down it all depends how it's made I'm 38d I believe I'm not sure I've gained weight

@mao2585 mannequin is a 14/16 40-42B so yes this brand runs a bit bigger. is ok if it doesn’t work for you.
