Croft & Barrow Smocked Sleeveless Dress NWT

This NWT summer dress is so pretty. She is Croft and Barrow from Kohl's. She features a smocked bodice and loose flowy skirt. Great for hot days...work, lunch, errands or out for a meal. This is truly one of my favorite styles for summer dresses, but it doesn't fit me. Measurements: P2P 24" with stretch to 30", Length 51-1/2 Fabric: Dress is 100% Rayon, the Elastic is 67% Poly, 33% Spandex. B4
