Croft & Barrow White Nautical Anchors Top

Croft & Barrow white half sleeve top with square neck. Classic nautical pattern, anchors and stars. I cannot decide if they are navy or black. I lean towards black, but, navy makes more sense with the theme. It probably comes down to perception. Good used condition. The last photo is what may be a light smudge/stain near the center anchor. It is located midway down the front of the top. It is very light. Size S Approximate measurements: 17.5" pit to pit flat 100% cotton, mid-weight 519-T8
