Croft and Borrow brand cobalt blue and black dress

NWOT. Made from cotton and modal, this little dress is a size large,soft and comfy, and in perfect condition. Professionally hemmed for me to wear, but I didnt ever wear it. Length is 36 in, and has an elastic waist with same material tie belt. Dress is 17 in from top of shoulder to waist. Elastic waist has a little bit of stretch but measures at 17 in also. 6 photos
