Crop Jean Jacket Vest

This vest is perfectly frayed at the sleeves and bottom. The jacket goes to just an inch or two below the breasts on me but I'm rather busty so it may go lower on you. Super cute and goes great with tanks and tees and is the perfect length to go with high waisted skirts/shorts/pants.
