Cropped 3/4 sleeve tweed navy jacket

Chanel styling cropped rich tweed/ resembles raw silk. Grosgrain very dark navy trim raw edge throughout. 3/4 sleeve w peek a boo slit. Back has a matching grosgrain ribbon that may be tied in a fun floppy bow or in a knot or removed if preferred. Elastic (I was unaware) under the fabric in the back of the jacket beneath the ribbon.
