valarig @anacasti it may be able to! . I wear an 8/10 with a large bust and weight in my thighs and it fits me without problems. It does get a little tight when I sit around my legs but not enough to where the seams will bust. The culotte leg helps that

valarig @jubeda1972 it think it could! I’m about 43 around the bust and it did fit my top half but there wasn’t much more room past that. Just enough to fit without feeling and looking to tight. Hopefully this helps!
