Unknown brand, Stated small but material is very stretchy and not tight on me I wear M-L in sweaters The arms are wide so it’s super comfortable Material is a good thickness, good at keeping warmth but not the best protection against wind Sits at waist or above ( torso 22”) note I have a big bust which contributes to this Good condition: no holes, tears, loose threads, only some fuzz due to being washed and worn but it’s barely noticeable The collar is long but designed to fold, it’s pretty thick which is why I found this uncomfortable plus I have a short neck The cuffs and band are meant to cinch, they are still comfortable
