Cropped Peasant Blouse NWT by Olivaceous/Anthropology

Darling cropped blouse NWT size large. Blue floral print with flowy sleeves. The bodice has elastic rouching for a fitted look. Unstretched the bodice is 12 inches but stretches to 20-21 inches. Length is cropped at 12 inches. Neckline is also elasticized so it could be worn off the shoulder.
