Cropped and smocked floral blouse

Cute smocked and cropped blouse by Paper Crane. It is a juniors size Large but fits me like a S/M. I am busty so got the size large. The waist and arms are smocked and super stretchy. The florals are olive green, and cream color base. Very nice and crisp fabric, worn once.
