Cropped blue quilted Zara sweatshirt

This is a super cute sweatshirt but it’s too small for me. It’s got a mock neck and is cropped to 17”. It fits more like an extra small, even though it’s a Zara small. It’s thick and a rich royal blue. Never worn but no tags. Would look great over a dress like in the pic or with high-waisted anything!
