Cropped cotton tweed short sleeve jacket

Sweet cropped cotton tweed jacket with gathers and two covered buttons. Elbow length sleeves have stitched down cuffs. Partial lining. 12” across shoulders and 17” from neckline to hem at center back. Great with black jumper or dress.
