kathleendonovan @pnwnative6 it's probably between navy and royal blue. And like a swimsuit cover up? It's sheer but I think that's ok for a cover up. I'll model it and take pics. I just wore it over a tank or cute bralettes.

kathleendonovan @pnwnative6 back is slightly longer. And some sort of tank, sports bra or bralette needs to be worn underneath as it is sheer. Would look cute over a bikini top too!
