Cropped stretch dress pant

Pant has a very structured Stretch not like a typical legging more like a stretch dress pant material. Has a little bit extra stretch with two elastic bands placed right above decorative zippers. These are brand new, I tried them on once did not like the fit I have extremely long legs and large Muscular Cavs. These do say extra large but fits more like a large
