Good used condition. Made in USA. It’s cropped and looks super cute with a tank underneath. Nice for fall or under winter coat. Tag says size petite. I think it fits XS or small. It’s loosely cut so the sizing mostly depends on whether the shoulder and arms area can fit.

@carmelstyle hi, it measures approximately 16 inches from the back of the collar to the lower hem. There are no odors.
