Formal event attire. Great for new cropped trend! It is a size 4. Worn once. Skirt has a slight thread-like scratch but isn’t even noticeable with the way the skirt ruffles and flows. I added picture of this. Also comes with a mesh cover shawl but we didn’t use it. It has plenty of skirt lining toile to make it quite flouncy.
