Crossover blouse with ornate sleeves

Beautiful and unique light blue crossover blouse. This is very feminine and very modern. Cotton/poly blend and it feels both smooth and crisp. Never worn, tag with item but not attached to the item. (I got a little overzealous with the scissors :))
