Crown & Ivy leopard print blouse

I purchased this because I love it, thinking I would get it altered but never did. It feels wonderful and has a great swing to it. It’s navy instead of black which is different. High/low hem. The size says XL-P but doesn’t seem to be petite to me. Please check photos for measurements.
