Crown & Ivy split collar top

This 100% rayon blouse or tunic has a lovely starfish pattern in blue colors. Perfect for spring or summer. Size is PP which is smaller than SP (see Talbots size chart in last photo). I purchased it but it was too tight across my chest. Excellent used condition.
