@instyle56 chest across one way is 23 inches without pulling it. shoulder down in the front without pulling is 23 inches. the back is about 25 inches. it comes down just a bit extra in the back. I'm adding a pic to show what I mean... anything else just ask. I can ship tomm. sorry about the delay
