Crumrine Belt Buckle marked as heavy silver plate on jewelers bronze. Very ornate with a single stone embedded in the center of the flower. Stone tests as a ruby with the gem tester, but seems more hot pink than red in color. Buckle is tarnished, has nicks and scratches. See pictures. Great fancy buckle!
